سياسة الخصوصية
تشرح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يتعامل معها تطبيق إقبال عندما تثبته في متجرك على سلة، ولماذا، وكم نحتفظ بها. نجمع أقل ما يلزم لتعمل الأدوات.
بيانات المتجر
اسم متجرك ورابطه ونوع اشتراكك في التطبيق، ومفاتيح الوصول التي تمنحها سلة للتطبيق (محفوظة مشفّرة)، وقيم إعدادات التطبيق التي تحفظها في سلة.
بيانات الطلبات
عند إنشاء طلب في متجرك نحفظ منه ما تعرضه إشعارات الشراء فقط: رقم الطلب، والمنتجات (الاسم والصورة والرابط والكمية)، ووقت الطلب، ومدينة الشحن. لا نحفظ اسم العميل ولا جواله ولا بريده ولا عنوانه ولا بيانات الدفع. تُحذف هذه البيانات تلقائيًا بعد ٣١ يومًا، وفور إلغاء الطلب أو حذفه يتوقف عرضه.
ما يظهر لزوار متجرك
تعرض إشعارات الشراء المنتج ووقت الطلب، والمدينة إن اخترت إظهارها، دون أي معلومة تدل على شخص المشتري.
بيانات الزوار
لا نتتبع زوار متجرك ولا نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط. نسجّل أعدادًا مجمّعة لكل أداة في اليوم (مرات الظهور والنقرات) دون أي معرّف للزائر. ويحفظ متصفح الزائر لديه ملاحظات بسيطة مثل وقت عرض نافذة الخصم حتى لا تتكرر، ولا تُرسل إلينا.
المشاركة والاستضافة
لا نبيع البيانات ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة. تُستضاف الخدمة على Cloudflare، وتُستخدم البيانات فقط لتشغيل التطبيق لمتجرك.
الحذف
عند حذف التطبيق من متجرك نحذف بيانات متجرك كلها: الإعدادات والطلبات المحفوظة والإحصاءات ومفاتيح الوصول. ويمكنك طلب الحذف في أي وقت عبر البريد أدناه.

Privacy policy
This policy explains what data Iqbal handles when you install it in your Salla store, why, and for how long. We collect the least the widgets need.
Store data
Your store's name and address, your app subscription, the access keys Salla grants the app (stored encrypted), and the app settings you save in Salla.
Order data
When an order is placed we keep only what purchase alerts show: the order number, the products (name, image, link, quantity), when, and the shipping city. We never store the customer's name, phone, email, address or payment details. This data is deleted automatically after 31 days, and canceled or deleted orders stop showing at once.
What your visitors see
Purchase alerts show the product and when, and the city if you choose, with nothing that identifies the buyer.
Visitor data
We don't track your visitors or use cookies. We record aggregate daily counts per widget (views and clicks) with no visitor identifier. A visitor's browser keeps small notes, such as when the coupon popup was shown so it doesn't repeat; these never reach us.
Sharing and hosting
We don't sell or share data. The service runs on Cloudflare and data is used only to run the app for your store.
Deletion
When you uninstall the app we delete all of your store's data: settings, stored orders, statistics and access keys. You can ask for deletion at any time by email.
